From under side arm head lock- arms around and lock around their head and arm. Shrimp scramble and put right knee in to simulate back take- when they defend throw over your self (suicide roll) into side headlock or side control.
From under side arm head lock- lock arms around head and arm (gable grip) to simulate arm in side neck choke and pull away from opponents back (over self). When they defend with arm out to post- reverse and push forward towards back with their momentum. Put leg over arm for reverse arm bar
